Concerned Homeowners of Shadow Hills is an official SCSH Resident Group authorized by the Board of Directors in late November 2015. We currently count among our membership over 800 SCSH members. Our mission is to bring our community together with truthful information and unifying ideas. That is why we sponsor informative community forums open to all residents of Sun City Shadow Hills. Our group believes that informed residents lead to a more qualified Board and an even better community. Sun City Shadow Hills is a $25 million corporation and we need homeowners who are qualified to oversee the management of our $25 million with honesty and integrity.
